ClipperTech Ltd is a privately-owned Process Control & Environmental Engineering Company based in Oakley, Fife who have over 30 year's experience in Instrumentation & Control.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our admin team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts using SAP B1. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic organisation committed to professional growth and excellence.


Responsibilities

* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
* Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies


Experience

* Proven experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role
* Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP B1, Sage, or similar is essential
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail
* Previous experience working within a professional environment is desirable but not essential

Our current Accounts Administrator who is retiring after many year's at ClipperTech currently works 2 full days per week. This position could remain part time but has the potential to be a full time position should the successful candidate be interested in supporting the sales/service departments with other admin duties.
