Quantity Surveyor – Office-to-Residential Conversion (£18m+) Islington, London £65,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Islington to take the commercial lead on an office-to-residential conversion valued at over £18m. The scheme involves transforming an existing commercial building into 120 modern apartments, a complex, technically interesting project with plenty of scope to make an impact.
