Offer description

FFinc is a formidable, forward-facing network of women and businesses committed to breaking barriers and accelerating opportunity - for women to thrive in business and in life, businesses to change, and everyone to prosper, faster.

We are a think tank, research and knowledge centre, consultancy, growth accelerator, and network - and we’re growing. We’re looking for two Partnerships & Partnership Management professionals (junior and mid-level) to join our mission.

The Role

As part of FFinc’s Partnerships & Business Development team, you’ll sit at the heart of our growth. You won’t just manage relationships - you’ll help create strategic partnerships, drive commercial opportunities, and amplify impact across corporates, luxury brands, and women-led businesses.

This role suits someone who thrives on connection, strategy, and execution in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.

What You’ll Do

* Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and support collaborations aligned with FFinc’s mission
* Support Business Development: Contribute to revenue growth across consultancy, accelerators, and events
* Collaborate Closely: Work with the CEO and senior team to shape and deliver partnership strategies
* Manage & Grow Relationships: Nurture partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to create long-term value
* Project & Programme Support: Help deliver partnership-led projects, events, and programmes
* Track Impact: Support reporting and insights to inform commercial and strategic decisions

What You’ll Bring

* Junior level: 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related roles
* Mid-level: 5+ years’ experience building and growing commercial or strategic relationships
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial mindset with an interest in data, insights, and impact
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Experience in events, consultancy, accelerators, or networks is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Why Join FFinc?

This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to help shape the future of women-led businesses and progressive organisations. You’ll join a high-performing, ambitious team working at the intersection of research, consultancy, network building, and growth acceleration.
