Overview
Clinical Applications Specialist - South role at Inspiration Healthcare. This regional role focuses on delivery clinical expertise, training and support to healthcare professionals in the Neonatal hospital setting. You will be the clinical point of contact within the assigned region, working closely with your sales and field service peers to drive adoption of our product portfolio, customer satisfaction and adoption of our technology to improve outcomes of the smallest and most vulnerable patients.
Responsibilities
* Deliver product training, education and in-field support to consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists and sales peers.
* Support product evaluations, demonstrations and installations within the NICU environment.
* Provide on-site troubleshooting and clinical guidance as needed.
* Act as a trusted clinical advisor for customers in your region.
* Gather and communicate clinical feedback to your line manager and product management teams.
* Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and NICU staff.
* Partner with the commercial team to support sales activities through clinical expertise and demonstrations.
* Collaborate with field service engineers to resolve clinical/technical issues.
* Provide clinical insights to inform the product management team to drive continuous improvements.
* Support workshops, study days and events in your region and, occasionally, throughout the UK and Ireland.
* Contribute to the development of training materials, clinical guidelines and best practice resources.
* Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neonatal ventilation, oxygen therapy and clinical practices.
* This role will require travel to healthcare settings across the country to provide training, consultations, and attend meetings. Flexibility in working hours may be needed to meet the demands of the role.
Experience and Qualifications
Mandatory:
* Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or other relevant healthcare qualification.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatal care, with a focus on respiratory support and ventilation management.
* Proven experience working with neonatal ventilators and providing expert advice in NICUs.
Desirable:
* A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in education, training, or leading clinical teams is highly desirable.
