Our Tax Technology team is dynamic, fast‑paced and mission‑driven. The Delivery & Governance Manager (AI, Automation & Digital Skills) is an internal, tax‑business‑facing, high‑visibility role. In this role you will translate the team’s priorities into clear, coordinated, and well‑executed delivery across workstreams. You will provide end‑to‑end delivery visibility, ensuring progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers are actively managed and resolved. Working closely with delivery owners and stakeholders, you will help maintain momentum, resolve issues, and ensure delivery is predictable and transparent.
This is a hands‑on delivery role in a small, fast‑moving team, combining delivery management, coordination, and active problem solving. You will also support Agile delivery practices where relevant.
You will make an impact by:
* Turning strategic priorities into clear, trackable, and well‑executed delivery plans
* Maintaining real‑time visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers
* Actively removing delivery impediments and maintaining momentum across workstreams
* Ensuring delivery accountability sits with owners while enabling them through strong coordination and support
* Providing high‑quality insight that enables effective prioritisation and decision‑making at Director level
What we are looking for:

* Experience in delivery, project, or programme management within technology, digital, or digital transformation environments within professional services
* Experience operating across multiple teams or workstreams in complex delivery environments
* Strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to fast‑moving portfolios
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams, with the ability to challenge constructively when needed
* Strong understanding of RAID management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance
* Experience in multi‑team or portfolio‑level delivery environments
* Strong communication and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Confluence
* Experience supporting Agile delivery teams or acting in a Scrum Master / Agile facilitator capacity
What would make you stand out:
* Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation work
* Background in professional services or complex advisory environments
* Experience improving delivery flow, transparency, or governance in multi‑team environments
* Strong practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (PSM/CSM preferred)
* Experience working in environments where delivery execution and prioritisation are clearly separated
* Ability to act as a connector across teams, removing friction and enabling delivery flow
