This is a full‑time role based at our Leicester office for a Building Surveyor at S2e. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, project management, and providing expert advice on building projects within the education sector.

* Experience in conducting feasibility studies.
* Expertise in Project Management.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* An ambitious and determined personality.
* Early finish Fridays.
* Additional Christmas holiday shutdown.
* APC support where required.
