As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you will be the expert driving improved client journeys. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading workshops, mapping journeys, and identifying friction points.
* Transforming pain points into plans, blueprints, and tangible improvements.
* Influencing teams across Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change.
* Championing the client’s voice at all levels, from senior meetings to frontline services.
* Monitoring trends and competitors to keep the firm ahead.
* This role involves strategic, hands-on work, managing multiple projects, validating ideas with real feedback, and embedding meaningful change for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in service design and a proven track record of transforming customer journeys.
* Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex processes.
* Experience within professional services, law, or financial sectors.
