We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Panel Beater in Swindon. This is a key role within a growing accident repair centre that works with some of the most prestigious manufacturers. The successful individualwill contribute to delivering high-quality repairs and uphold the centres reputation for excellence.
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for performing repairs to a high standard, working as part of a professional team dedicated to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers valuable opportunities for skill development within a reputable organisation.

Standard working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Replace and repair damaged or compromised body panels
Perform chassis and framework repair work
Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine appropriate repair methods
Conduct bumper and door repairs as required
Ensure all panel beating and repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards
Assist with light Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient and safe centre operations
Specification:
Proven recent experience as a Panel Beater
Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential;at least 3 years of relevant on-the-job experience will be considered
Strong eye for detail and a high standard of workmanship
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
An ATA accreditation or experience in vehicle paint spraying would be advantageous but is not necessary
