We are expanding and seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is key to maintaining our strong reputation for outstanding service and client support.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries and ensuring each client receives clear, timely, and professional communication throughout their order process. You will work closely with our production and design teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Process and manage orders accurately from start to finish.
* Provide quotations, product details, and order updates.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.
* Assist with aftersales support and resolve issues promptly.
* Contribute to a professional, customer-focused working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or administrative role (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Professional and calm approach when handling enquiries or issues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with IT systems.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
