Job Title: EPI Maintenance Technician
Salary: £50,719 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Working Hours: Continental 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure minimal downtime
* Complete preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability
* Accurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in the appropriate logbooks and reports
* Efficiently manage spare parts to prevent wastage and ensure availability
* Support and supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure high-quality work standards
* Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to address issues and identify improvements
* Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects
* Ensure machine checks and calibrations are completed to specification
* Follow work instructions, maintenance operating procedures (MOPs), and safety protocols
* Promote and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activities
* Proactively maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required:
* Recognised Electrical qualification is essential
* Strong technical understanding of maintenance processes
* Effective problem-solving skills
* High levels of motivation, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
This role requires flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts as part of a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Occasional additional duties may be assigned in line with operational requirements.
