If you do, you could make a real difference as an Outdoor Learning Practitioner with Buzz Active — helping young people and community groups grow through adventure, challenge and connection to the natural environment across three unique outdoor centres in East Sussex. This position has a start date of 1 April 2026 As an Outdoor Learning Practitioner, you will design and deliver outdoor learning programmes that support personal development, wellbeing and educational outcomes. Working across our beach, river and woodland environments, you’ll lead sessions, support programme planning, adapt activities for diverse groups, and help create meaningful outdoor experiences for schools, youth organisations, community groups and public participants. Have a passion for the outdoors, with a strong interest in nature conservation and sustainable living. Have knowledge of outdoor learning methodologies, environmental education, and sustainable practices. Have communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of participants. Are able to demonstrate a commitment to promoting health, wellbeing, and personal development through structured outdoor activities.
