The Joinery Project Manager - Bespoke Joinery Design Project Manager, will lead bespoke joinery projects from concept to completion. You’ll translate client visions into detailed technical drawings with SolidWorks, ensuring design, production, and installation are coordinated.
Responsibilities
* Manage bespoke joinery projects throughout the design process, from client brief to production handover
* Translate client concepts and architectural drawings into detailed technical joinery drawings using SolidWorks
* Collaborate with internal designers, production teams, and external stakeholders
* Conduct and interpret site surveys, identifying key install and build considerations
* Review materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes to ensure feasibility and quality
* Monitor project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
* Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and approvals
Qualifications
* At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks, creating both 2D and 3D technical joinery designs
* Proven background in project management within the joinery, fit-out or manufacturing sectors
* Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery construction, materials, and production processes
* Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
* Exceptional organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of site conditions and installation logistics
