An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Medical Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) team at RBH.
We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to develop as a leader into our senior nursing team on Medical SDEC and help us establish the SDEC of the future. Helping us to shape this service in conjunction with AMU and ensuring a positive first 72 hour patient journey.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital There may be a need to work cross site in the first 6 months.

There is a planned move for this service during 2026, when this role and base of work will relocate to Bournemouth site. Upon relocation of the role/service, excess mileage allowance / reimbursement will not apply, and any travel between the post holder's home and work base will be classified as a commute. Any other changes unrelated to this, will be handled in line with Trust/National terms and conditions.
