The Role: High:Impact, Low:Admin Teaching
This position is designed to maximise your effectiveness in the classroom while drastically reducing traditional burdens like excessive marking and generic planning. You will:

Implement Science:Driven Teaching: Deliver targeted support and instruction rooted in behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement techniques to unlock rapid learning for autistic pupils.

Design the Learning Journey: Play an integral part in the design and differentiation of the schools curriculum (long, medium, and short:term plans) to ensure it is engaging and individualised.
*
Specialised Delivery: Work with pupils in small groups or 1:1, focusing on high:quality delivery of bespoke support plans.
*
Data:Informed Practice: Collect, record, and analyse data to meticulously track progress, inform strategy, and continuously refine support plans.

Enhance Experience: Lead and participate in educational visits and off:site activities, enriching the pupils learning (all conducted during school hours).
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for educators with the baseline qualifications and an appetite for specialisation:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS. (ECTs must have completed a minimum of 1 year of supported induction in a mainstream setting).

Experience in the UK school system with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum in England.

A strong interest in or direct experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Confidence and resilience in working with children who may present challenging behaviours.

The maturity and willingness to support with personal/intimate care where required.
