* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies based on product and market analysis, including situation analysis, SWOT, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and marketing mix.
* Translate strategic plans into actionable operational and launch plans, ensuring execution against KPIs such as market growth, product growth, and market share.
* Support regional partners and local sales teams through product training, brand campaign development, and creation of promotional materials aligned with brand positioning.
* Evaluate promotional effectiveness through field visits, monitor market dynamics, and set clear business directions while tracking partner and sales performance.
* Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by providing scientific materials and organizing advisory boards, symposia, and educational activities.
* Monitor monthly performance against budget, analyze variances, oversee A&P spending, and report financial performance.
* Act as Product Champion by aligning regional strategies with global direction, supporting cross-regional initiatives, and sharing best practices across teams.
Requirements:
* Degree in a science discipline, additional qualification in either business or marketing would be an added advantage.
* Min 3 years Product Management or Marketing experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
* Experience in channel management is preferred.
* Analytical and strategic in thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
