You will be part of a small, person-centred residential community for adults with learning disabilities. Our beautiful Pontesbury setting, close to Shrewsbury, offers space, nature and a calm environment that supports wellbeing. The Support Worker role focuses on helping residents with daily routines, personal development and activities that build confidence and independence. Its hands-on, rewarding and varied. This is a weekend-only position, paid at £13.45 per hour, with all benefits and holiday provided on a pro rata basis.
