Client Solutions Manager, Food and Beverage - Global Business Solutions - London


Responsibilities

Who are we? The Client Solutions team partners closely with key clients and agencies to drive measurable business outcomes through TikTok’s advertising solutions. We work as strategic consultants, bringing together platform expertise, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of our clients’ goals. As part of the UK&I team, this role will focus on managing a portfolio of high-profile Food & Beverage brands within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.

Important Note: A primary focus of this portfolio includes high-profile Alcohol and Beverage brands. It is a fundamental requirement of this role that the successful candidate is fully comfortable and willing to manage, strategise and represent alcohol‑related products and campaigns on a daily basis.

* Act as a trusted advisor for Food & Beverage clients, helping them maximise performance across TikTok through full‑funnel solutions and platform innovation.
* Lead client relationships end‑to‑end: from onboarding and campaign strategy, to execution, optimisation and reporting.
* Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals, and strategic account growth, ensuring alignment on business priorities.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data‑driven insights to optimise ROI, drive efficiency, and inform future investments.
* Conduct regular business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and performance enhancement.
* Manage campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely asset delivery, spec compliance, and platform readiness in collaboration with our campaign execution team.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok ad solutions, supporting clients with education and onboarding around new tools, formats and measurement products.
* Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to troubleshoot, test and scale bespoke solutions.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help refine scalable best practices for the broader Client Solutions organisation.
* Support the development of team members through peer coaching and collaboration.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising, ideally with a strong client‑facing focus.
* Full professional comfort and willingness to work extensively with alcohol brands. This is a non‑negotiable aspect of the role's portfolio.
* Proven experience managing multi‑format advertising campaigns (branding and performance).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into business recommendations.
* Hands‑on experience with campaign management, including set‑up, monitoring and optimisation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with or within the Food & Beverage or broader CPG industry.
* Understanding of ad tracking and attribution tools (Pixel, Events API/CAPI, MMPs, SKAN etc.).
* Comfortable navigating fast‑paced environments, ambiguity, and rapid change.
* Previous experience in cross‑functional project delivery with product or engineering teams.
* Passion for the digital landscape and a deep understanding of social media trends.
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau.
