The Company
Our client is a diverse live events and production company that has experienced increasing success year on year! They deliver leading lighting, audio, video, staging, special effects, and technical production services for prestigious clients.
The Role
Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of clients, they are looking for a capable Technical Project Manager to join the team and facilitate the technical delivery of their international events.
As a Technical Manager, you will be highly client-facing, dealing with leading agencies and clients from the conceptual stages of the event through to completion, working within a close-knit technical team.
* Interpret and develop the brief with the client
* Advise clients on technical setups and appropriate AV equipment
* Produce quotes and agree on budgets
* Manage project timelines and schedules
* Ensure project documentation is updated, including risk assessments and method statements
* Manage suppliers and third-party vendors
* Oversee event delivery, collaborating with other departments to ensure post-production activities are completed
The Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have recent experience in an AV or technical role, likely gained in an AV company or events agency.
Experience in managing the full lifecycle of an event is essential, whether from your current position within an AV company or as a Senior AV Technician seeking to advance your career.
