We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, coupled with a solid understanding of anatomy. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
* Demonstrate proper techniques and modifications for exercises to accommodate individual needs and abilities.
* Provide clear instructions and feedback to enhance participants' understanding of movements and alignment.
* Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
* Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to keep sessions fresh and engaging.
* Foster a positive community atmosphere among clients, encouraging them to support one another in their fitness journeys.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually enhance your teaching methods.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within a fitness or wellness setting. Will also accept applicants who have just qualified within the last year with minimal experience.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy as it relates to movement and exercise, enabling you to instruct safely and effectively.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds.
* Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organisation is highly desirable.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development within the fitness industry.

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
