Vacancy: Workplace Support Administrator

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract
About the vacancy:
We are looking for a temporary Workplace Support Administrator to support the Workplace Experience team across all Hedyn sites, including reception cover, deliveries and operational coordination.
This role will offer support in maintaining safe, well-managed, and welcoming office environments. The postholder will assist with weekly site visits, equipment and stock management, system maintenance, and reception cover.
Specifically, in the role you will:
Conduct fire safety checks across multiple sites.
Replenish staff welfare and cleaning materials.
Perform periodic deep cleans of coffee machines.
Replenish coffee machine stock and respond to maintenance enquiries.
Manage office repair enquiries and log maintenance jobs.
Liaise with colleagues and contractors to monitor maintenance progress.
Update hardware and software for sign-in app.
Produce weekly office usage reports.
Respond to desk booking enquiries.
Manage office first aid rotas and training records.
Maintain first aid box contents across multiple sites.
Issue and maintain stocks of laptop risers and other DSE items.
Act as first point of contact for CCTV enquiries.
Support the management of ID cards and uniform distribution.
Oversee colleague training and portal access for Mail on Demand,
Respond to general mail on demand enquiries.
Assist with transitioning to and new satellite office.
Cover reception duties including handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries and car parking when required.
