Mechanical / Electrical Technician Location: Norwich Reporting to: Workshop Manager Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience This is a hands-on Mechanical / Electrical Technician role within a bespoke manufacturing environment producing custom-engineered, one-off and low-volume solutions. The role suits an experienced, multi-skilled technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working on technically challenging projects where no two jobs are the same. You will support the manufacture of mechanical assemblies from concept through to build, contributing to prototype development, production runs, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
