Pricing Executive Job Summary We are seeking a pricing executive to join our growing freight team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the freight industry. This role requires expertise in pricing management systems and a solid understanding of 3PL operations. The Freight pricing executive will be responsible for working with the tender team and sales team negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships. Duties Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to achieve revenue targets within the freight sector. manage customer interactions and expectations with sales team operations team as well as pricing team. track all pricing stratergies and maintain accurate CRM use Identify potential clients through lead generation efforts and establish new business relationships. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring compliance Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics solutions that meet client needs effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to show sales strategies and scalability Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare reports and forecasts to monitor performance against targets. Requirements Proven experience in freight pricing or a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Proficiency in transportation management systems, sales teams and freight customers Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales tracking.
