About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Demand Generation Manager to lead Demand Gen and Account Based Marketing (ABX) initiatives. The role requires advanced knowledge of demand generation and ABX strategies, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to develop creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue for a B2B software company, nurturing leads through the funnel, and executing targeted ABX campaigns for key accounts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute campaigns to bring qualified leads and customers into the funnel, determine outreach strategies for different prospect segments, and define approaches to using content to generate high-quality MQLs that convert to SQLs and revenue.

This role is hybrid; you will need to be located within a commutable distance to Bristol and be willing to be in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Introduce effective ABM / ABX strategies targeting high-value accounts to support growth in key customer accounts. Develop growth strategies with the sales team to optimize engagement within high-value accounts.
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that impact pipeline growth, including content marketing, webinars, campaigns, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
* Collaborate with sales and account management to identify high-value target accounts and create personalised marketing campaigns to drive penetration and cross-sell opportunities.
* Optimize the Comply365 website to increase traffic and sessions, driving higher inbound lead volume and quality.
* Manage SEO and content tooling (BrightEdge) to refine SEO, website traffic, and blog frequency.
* Utilise marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) to build and maintain a robust lead scoring framework to progress MQLs to SQLs and identify high-quality leads for sales follow-up.
* Progress leads along the funnel, improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value through nurturing processes.
* Work with the broader Marketing Team to produce high-quality content that addresses prospects’ and customers’ pain points and highlights product benefits.
* Conduct regular A/B tests and analyse campaign performance to inform optimization decisions.
* Manage digital campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, operations) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
* Analyse data and metrics: set campaign KPIs, manage marketing dashboards, and report on MQLs/SQLs, pipeline contribution, and MQL-to-win rate using HubSpot and Salesforce.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including outbound marketing, inbound lead generation, and ABM targeting high-value accounts.
* Proven success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
* Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy.
* Experience managing budgets and balancing competing priorities.
