Production Supervisor Salary: Up to £55,000
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor
Lead and support a team of 10 production staff.
Manage KPIs, appraisals, training needs, and SOP compliance.
Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and production planning.
Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and equipment requirements are met.Skills & Experience
Proven experience supervising in a production/manufacturing environment.
Strong people‑management and organisational skills.
Electromechanical or technical assembly background essential.
MRP experience beneficial.Benefits
