Spire Murrayfield Hospital have an excellent opportunity for a Capacity Coordinator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will assist the Capacity and Utilisation Manager to optimise the utilisation of theatre sessions, outpatient clinics and imaging units across the two Edinburgh sites. Duties: To support Capacity and Utilisation Manager in optimising theatre lists to achieve AOP IP/DC Revenue targets, proactively filling gaps To support Capacity and Utilisation Manager in optimising consultant clinic lists to achieve AOP Outpatient revenue, proactively offering available capacity to Consultants To assist with tracking consultant annual leave and other absences, ensuring all relevant teams are made aware.
