Summary: We are currently recruiting for a Projects Administrator to support our on site Projects Team. The ideal candidate will possess previous administrative experience with a good ability to problem solve and a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment and knowledge of CAD would be advantageous.

This role will be primarily office based so the successful candidate will need to live locally to our Retford facility, or able to travel.

Purpose of the Position

To support the projects team with a range of administrative tasks to ensure all requirements are met and play an active role in the development and growth of Moody Direct. To efficiently communicate and ensure good planning with the rest of the projects department.

Administrative experience is essential and engineering / manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Key Tasks

* To assist in managing the budget for projects and ensure that as a minimum, projects achieve targeted profitability;
* To assist in the procurement of materials and labour;
* To assist in the planning and scheduling of labour and other resources required to ensure they are allocated in good time;
* To ensure all documentation is completed and submitted promptly and correctly to enable prompt invoicing and payment;
* To ensure that invoicing and cash collection are carried out;
* To arrange travel and accommodation for project engineers and managers;
* To utilise company knowledge management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Lotus Notes, Microsoft office and other necessary software;
* Printing of CAD drawings;
* The promotion and assistance to the other departments of Moody Direct wherever possible.

* Prompt and accurate invoicing of work once work is completed;
* Profitability of work quoted and carried out;
* The efficient planning and utilisation of resources;
* Objectives agreed from time to time with the Projects Manager being achieved;
* Being commercially aware with regard to cash flow and profitability.

In addition, the Projects Administrator must be prepared to undertake any reasonable requests made to meet the business needs of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
