This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative housing developments that enhance local communities. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee civil engineering aspects, including groundworks, drainage, roads, and infrastructure for new build residential sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and resolve any on-site issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
