Our client, a busy housing client in Devizes, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role in their contact centre operations. Position: Customer Service Advisor Salary: £24,811 per annum Contract Duration: Permanent Working Arrangement: Hybrid Purpose: You’ll deliver good customer service to all of our 90,000 customers and 1,500 colleagues, using your skills, attributes and knowledge to help deliver first contact resolution and a seamless customer journey. Job Responsibilities: Deal with a wide range of issues from reporting repairs to tenancy management, demonstrating empathy and rapport in every call. Some calls can be complex and challenging, you’ll ensure you use the knowledge base to ask effective questions to deliver the correct outcome for the customer. You’ll be expected to adhere to data protection legislation, checking customer information and updating personal details. Job Requirements: Previous experience in customer facing roles or roles in the service industry. Reasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
