Head of PPC / Paid Marketing Manager – Woking, Surrey / WFH £35,000 - £45,000 DOE plus benefits We are recruiting for an exciting new role, a Head of PPC / Paid Marketing Manager to join a growing online marketing company who work with large, well-known brands and global companies. The Head of PPC / Paid Marketing Manager will be highly experienced in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management working with large and small budgets across key platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads. This is a permanent hybrid role. Job Requirements You will be a team player and have line management experience to lead the team of 3 competent Paid Marketing Executives/ Consultants and help them learn and develop. You will have the knowledge and skills to define the Paid Marketing strategies internally and externally, working across all of their clients. You will love data and have an analytical mind, using advanced insights to dig deep into the metrics of Paid Marketing performance. You will also gain exposure on all areas of digital marketing, allowing you to further develop your knowledge. You will be involved in some of their market leading strategies and techniques and will have the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest digital trends. Skills, knowledge and experience required Experience working in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management. Must be an expert in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns. This includes the full end-to-end process, from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation. Experience using Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed & Programmatic Ad Platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (previously DoubleClick) is preferable. You will be highly numerical with a strong attention to detail. You will have strong experience of managing a team. Excellent written English, communication skills, organisational skills and fluency in Microsoft Office are expected.
