My client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong real estate practice, is seeking an academically strong and proactive Real Estate Paralegal with 1 years of experience to join their team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both commercial and residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Supporting transactions involving the sale, purchase, and refinancing of real estate assets.
* Conducting title checks, searches, and preparing due diligence reports.
* Managing pre-completion and post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
Requirements:
* Excellent academic background (minimum 2:1 law degree or equivalent).
* Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
* 1 years of real estate or property law experience.
