Shift Lead Volunteer
What you will be doing
* Opening and closing the shop, ensuring it is ready for trade.
* Allocating tasks to the volunteer team.
* Selecting, sorting, pricing donated stock and researching valuable and vintage items.
* Chatting with customers and providing excellent service at the till.
* Visual merchandising and photographing items for the online shop.
* Occasionally lifting boxes, with full health and safety training.
The skills you need
* Reliable and punctual.
* Team player who collaborates effectively.
* Confident communicator.
* No prior experience required – full training is provided.
