Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North and East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, and achieving regional sales targets.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the cities in North and East London.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team and produce weekly reports.
3. Follow sales goals and objectives for the region, monitoring progress towards targets.
4. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to align city sales initiatives with regional strategies.
5. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and guidance.
6. Identify opportunities for sales growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for improvement and innovation.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales management, with at least three years in a leadership role.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city territory.
