What You Will Get To Do:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness (through great storytelling), engagement, and follower growth across all relevant platforms.
* Create, curate, and manage content (text, photos, graphics, videos, newsletters) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
* Monitor, listen, and respond to followers in a timely and authentic manner to build community and customer relationships. You’ll work with internal stakeholders to help craft the messaging.
* Analyse performance metrics and insights to optimise content, campaigns, and global posting schedules.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
* Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s presence fresh and competitive.
What You Will Bring:
* Proficiency with creating content and images designed for social media platforms leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video editing tools. Additional training will be available.
* Current and active understanding of social media management, listening, monitoring and advocacy platforms.
* Willingness to film and liaise with colleagues to film taking head videos in UK based office locations in support of marketing launches & initiatives.
* Experience with managing diaries and ability to multi-task with strong communication skills.
