As a Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative within our Client Service Team, you will own operational client experience for our cash equity and repo financing prime clients.
Manage operational risk

~ Proactively manage failing settlements to minimize risk and penalty charges.

~ Build trusting, credible client relationships through responsive, high quality client service. Monitor themes using our data analytics platforms and use a data driven approach to influencing client and broker behavior

A very disciplined attitude to operational risk management. The ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and provide meaningful feedback to influence client behavior

~ Ability to independently automate manual processes using digital automation tools such as Alteryx
