We’re now on a journey to expand our reach to support even more people and their beloved pets. To achieve this ambitious goal, we need passionate and driven individuals who are ready to embrace change and help shape a future-focused PDSA. * Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all systems and practices comply with data protection regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

* Stakeholder Collaboration & Budget Management – Collaborate with internal departments to address technology needs, manage IT budgets (£5–£15m), and deliver cost-effective technology solutions.

We’re seeking someone with:

* Senior IT Leadership in Complex Environments – Proven experience in leading IT functions within a complex, multi-site service organisation.

* Infrastructure & Systems Expertise – In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, security, and technology best practices.

* Strategic & Project Planning – Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and deliver strategic IT initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

* Compliance & Governance Knowledge – Sound understanding of data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR) and IT compliance standards.

* Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, influence leadership, and align IT with business goals.

* Financial Acumen & Vendor Management – Demonstrated experience managing substantial IT budgets and external service providers to deliver value-driven outcomes.
