You will directly be responsible for leading a team of venue managers in the overall management and day-to-day running of the following brands on site: Burger King, Papa Johns, Cooks Fish & Chips, and Chop Stix.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering performance targets against budget, managing stock, margin, and cost control.
2. Completing relevant administrative tasks such as team rotas, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
3. Driving continuous improvement, providing solutions to issues, and setting goals for growth.
4. Leading and coaching the team to ensure productive work and professional development.
5. Engaging and inspiring the team to be guest-obsessed.
6. Effectively recruiting and training new team members.
What we need from you:
You may already be a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Multi-site Manager, or Area Manager. Alternatively, you might be an experienced General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Site Manager seeking the next step. We are looking for:
* Proven experience leading large teams and multiple sites in a Food & Beverage environment, ideally with quick service management experience.
* Experience in managing KPIs, operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
* Ability to confidently deal with guest concerns and resolve problems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Strong decision-making ability.
