The Role
1. Formulate and develop advanced water-based coatings
2. Lead projects from concept to completion and oversee application testing
3. Work directly with customers, troubleshooting, presenting, and providing technical support
4. Represent the business at industry events and support mentoring within the lab
The Person
5. Experience in coatings formulation, ideally water based
6. Confident working hands on in the lab with strong formulation skills
7. Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to customers and technical audiences
8. Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership
