This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Officer to join a reputable care provider with a strong portfolio of residential and nursing services across the UK. The role is based at their Head Office in Dudley, supporting the CEO with high-level administrative, regulatory, and digital responsibilities.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Executive Office. The position combines traditional PA duties with hands-on involvement in compliance, regulatory administration, and digital content management, offering excellent variety and scope for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEOs diary, inbox, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and professional correspondence to board-level standard.
Support CQC registration processes, track inspection visits, and maintain compliance documentation.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory information.
Assist with digital and SEO-related tasks, including reviewing and updating website content to maintain compliance and visibility.
Coordinate board meetings producing and distributing packs, agendas, and minutes.
Maintain filing systems, manage supplier records, and assist with purchase orders and expenses.
Skills & Experience Essential:
Minimum 3 years experience as a PA or Executive Assistant at senior management level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident handling confidential information with discretion.
Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CQC or healthcare regulatory processes .
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
Experience within a regulated healthcare or care home environment.
Understanding of SEO or experience working with digital/marketing teams.
UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
