* HR Advisor - 3-Month FTC
* Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata)

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project.
The Role:
As HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to:
* Relocation
* Redeployment
* Redundancies
Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you'll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required.
About You:
We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact. To be successful, you'll bring:
* Proven experience of employee consultations in a similar environment
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around change management processes
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* The ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
* Flexibility to travel as needed
* Experience within contact centres is an advantage
