Position: Mulesoft Development Lead

Role – We are seeking a talented and motivated MuleSoft Development Lead to architect and drive the implementation of scalable integration solutions across our enterprise platforms.
Key skills:
* 6+ years of experience in Mulesoft.
* MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Architect certifications highly preferred.
* Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, RAML, and API design principles.
* Experience with enterprise integration patterns (EIP), message queues (JMS, Kafka), and data transformation.
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
* Consulting background is a plus.
* Strong communication skills (oral & written)
* Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end MuleSoft integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Design and implement APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
* Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define integration requirements.
* Define and enforce integration standards, policies, and security models.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
* Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control of integration code.
* Stay updated with MuleSoft platform enhancements and industry trends.
