We're now looking for a passionate, values-led Home Manager to take the reins of this high-performing service and lead it into its next chapter.With no agency use, a stable and experienced nursing team, and a Care Inspectorate report featuring four 5s and one 4, this is not a turnaround role it’s a leadership opportunity where you can truly thrive.Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Up to 40% performance-based bonus tied to achievable KPIs.
