We’re working in partnership with an established, progressive care provider to recruit a Clinical Services Manager who will lead on clinical governance, compliance, and quality across a growing portfolio of services supporting both adults and children.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical professional with a strong background in governance and quality improvement to play a strategic role in shaping care delivery, managing risk, and developing innovative clinical pathways – including the rollout of a new reunification fostering model.
The Role:
As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll be central to maintaining excellence across the organisation’s care provisions. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you’ll:

Lead on the development and implementation of the clinical governance framework
*
Drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives across services
*
Oversee clinical risk management, incident reporting, and investigation
*
Coordinate and deliver training related to governance, quality, and policy
*
Be involved in assessment and treatment planning for both young people and adults
*
Analyse data and clinical KPIs to inform decision-making and compliance reporting
*
Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally, chairing risk meetings and audits
What We’re Looking For:
We’re keen to speak to professionals who bring:

A clinical background (nursing, social work, psychology or related)
*
Strong experience in clinical governance, quality assurance or regulatory compliance
*
Experience across children’s and/or adult social care or healthcare services
*
A confident understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding frameworks
*
The ability to lead and influence at a senior level
*
Analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in using data to drive improvements
A Master's degree is desirable, but not essential.
