I’m working with a highly successful national housebuilder to appoint a Senior Planner into their thriving Berkshire/ thames valley region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline and an excellent track record of delivering both immediate and strategic land schemes.
The Role
You’ll sit within a well-established planning team, reporting directly into the Land Director and Senior Planning Manager, giving you real exposure to key decision‑making and strategy.
This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in:
* Immediate planning applications and site delivery
* Strategic land promotion and long-term pipeline projects
* Participation in Homes England consortium schemes
* Working closely with land, technical and external consultants
About You
* 2–5 years’ post‑graduate planning experience
* Background in housebuilding, consultancy, or local authority
* Strong understanding of the UK planning system
* Ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to develop
