the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in May
2023 and have reset the clock within this historic building, bringing it back
to life. Our Heartists® aspire to create memorable, heartfelt
moments for all life enjoyers to experience unique stories from the past but
also to immerse themselves into our hospitality, creating their own astonishing
tales of MGallery magical moments. We boast 179 stunning bedrooms set in
a remarkable and inspiring landmark of the city. Time is of essence and at the
heart of The Municipal’s story. The iconic clock tower and bells giving
the tempo to a timeless melody. Various restaurants, bars and a state of
the art spa sanctuary experience, will offer everyone the place to have the
time of their lives, pause the clock and embark upon their own magical journey
with MGallery.
Our hotel is
home to unforgettable high-profile VIP functions, the host to luxury
affiliations, leisure and events, stylish private dinners and professional
conferences. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing
Manager to join our Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial Director
Sales and Marketing.
We are
seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop,
implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and
services. The ideal candidate will play a major role in enhancing Then
Municipal and outlet brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating
leads through various digital channels. Working closely with the Commercial
Director, Brand Marketing, and Operations, the Digital Marketing Manager
ensures alignment with business objectives, delivering both top-line revenue
and profitable growth.

What you'll
be doing...

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan and execute digital marketing
campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and
display advertising
* Manage and optimize paid advertising
campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance
using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
* Create, curate, and manage engaging
content for websites, blogs, and social media
* Conduct keyword research and implement
SEO best practices
* Manage social media platforms and grow
audience engagement
* Collaborate with content creators, and
other teams to ensure brand consistency
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital
marketing trends, tools, and technologies
* Generate reports and provide insights to
improve campaign performance
* Lead menu updates in partnership with
the operations team, delivering seamless launches supported by strategic,
aligned marketing plans
* Drive innovative initiatives to promote
and optimise spaces, creating unique and engaging event experiences along
with the operational team

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in digital marketing
or a similar role - 3 years
* Strong understanding and proven ability
to manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
* Experience with marketing tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms
* Proven experience in website management,
including CMS configuration (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS updates, SEO
optimisation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
* Demonstrated experience working within
established brand requirements, ensuring consistency across all marketing
and communication materials
* Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to
interpret data and make informed decisions
* Creativity and problem-solving skills
* Experience leading and developing a team
