This role will be working in the office 3 days per week.
Key accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation.
2. Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team and, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have.
3. Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues
4. In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis in order to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required.
5. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
