The Role
We’re hiring a high-performing Appointment Setter to manage a steady stream of 15+ warm inbound leads per day. No cold calling. No chasing. Just calm, structured conversations with parents who’ve asked for help.
What You’ll Do
* Handle short (5–15 min) inbound discovery calls
* Qualify leads and book consultations using proven frameworks
* Update CRM, log KPIs, and manage follow-ups
* Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
* Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free setup

A Typical Day
* 10:30 AM – Log in, prep leads
* 11:00 AM – Call a parent who downloaded our guide
* 11:30 AM–1:00 PM – 5 calls, 4 bookings
* 1:00 PM – CRM updates and light follow-ups
