Global Maritime is seeking a Law student for a fixed term Paralegal position to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have some experience with GDPR, or human resources, and/or document management.
This role involves supporting our HR team in ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency around the GDPR topic.
This is a fixed term position during the summer July/August.
This position is based in London.
Due to the nature of the job a minimum amount of 3 days in the office will be required.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience as a Paralegal
* Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations
* Experience in human resources-related legal matters
* Excellent document management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
* Support human resources with legal documentation and compliance
* Manage and organize legal documents and records
* Conduct legal research and provide analysis
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal requirements are met
* Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
