An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join an ambitious and proactive team within SpaMedica, one of the fastest growing ophthalmic providers in the UK. Our team are passionate about accurate and high-quality information and understand its importance within the decision-making process. Working with and supporting key stakeholders, the Senior Reporting Analyst deliver data-driven insights into multiple operational processes.

* £30,000 to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Role and Responsibilities of our Senior Reporting Analyst:
* Work across departments to ensure consistency of information across the organisation.
* Triage data requests from colleagues and external bodies to ensure analysis is meaningful and will add value to the organisation.
* Liaise with staff and external bodies to identify reporting requirements and tailor analysis and reports accordingly.
* Monitor team workload and priorities to ensure data requests are completed within the assigned SLA.
* Create, modify and review bespoke reports as and when required in SQL, SSRS, Power BI or Excel.
* Ensure data requests are effectively prioritised and are actioned within the agreed SLA.
* Commitment to data quality, identifying areas of poor data quality and liaising with departments to make improvements.
* Control the quality of outputs of the data analysts and to ensure consistency over the team.
* Investigate queries raised in relation to data produced by the Informatics Team
* Providing system administration support to end users.
* Working closely with the Informatics Team to ensure business needs are met.
* Provide support and training to colleagues.
Experience and Skills:
* Understand MS Excel to an advanced level including Power Query, VBA, Macros.
* Be able to write complex SQL queries combining data across multiple data sources.
* Have experience of using SSRS and Power BI.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work well under pressure and sure and be able to effectively manage workload.
