MEP Engineer – Smart Building & Water Management Solutions
London (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of IoT, smart buildings and water management, supporting clients across the real estate and industrial sectors. The business develops intelligent hardware and software solutions that monitor water usage, apply machine learning to detect anomalies, and help organisations significantly reduce water waste and prevent costly damage.
Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are looking to appoint an MEP Engineer to join their solutions team, based in London with hybrid working. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys client-facing technical work and wants exposure to innovative smart-building technology within a scaling international business.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
1. BEng in Building Services Engineering, MEP Engineering, or Civil / Environmental Engineering with a focus on water systems
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in MEP engineering, building services, or water systems
3. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, MEP plans and plumbing schematics
