Permanent - 36.25hrs a week We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead our Contact Centre in providing an excellent customer experience whilst offering first point resolution to meet the demands of RBH customers. In this role you will operationally manage, support and develop a Team of Customer Service Advisors in their interactions with customers via their channel of choice including telephony, digital and social media. What we are looking for: * Ability to, and experience of to manage managing a multi-channel Contact Centre Team in a challenging, ever-evolving environment * Ability to produce, analyse and present complex statistical information from systems * Ability to resource plan to deliver an excellent customer experience * Ability to deal with complex situations relating to customers and employees * Ability to manage a multi-channel Contact Centre Team in a challenging, ever-evolving environment * Ability to identify service improvement to enhance the customer and employee experience and to support the Organisation's strategies What's in it for you?
